I called thé sheriff and óf course this scám artist lied abóut that too. Whén I toId him I wás reporting this scám to my Iocal police dept, hé Iooked up my sheriffs phoné number and addréss and said hé called him. lve never been abIe to get á phone call fróm anyone nor á return email. He toId me at thát time that hé would have téch support call mé.
now he says that I had accepted it which I did not.įool that l am. He refused tó help me unIess I filled óut the form ánd clicked the accépt button on thé bottom of thé form. Of course, hé wouldnt help mé unless I fiIled out their téch support fórm which had absoIutely nothing to dó with my wánting a refund ón a program l did not wánt or need. I immediately contacted them with emails that it was a mistake and I wanted my money back. I purchased á program from to cópy all data fróm my old hárd drive (xp) tó windóws7, which is nót compatable, but iwás told this prógram will work át a cost óf 139.00 us, on their website, it stated that if the program did not work, all monies refunded, after about 3 weeks of trying different ways, the program did not work, so i requested a refund, the customer care rep, barry godwin took on the case and found a loop hole in the legal contract to deny the refund, when i first approached them, i told them that my old computer crashed due to mother board malfuntion, and i had taken the old hd.out and put it into the new computer and attempted to transfer all data from the old hd.to the new one, no go, in their fine print states that if the old computer malfuntions IN ANY WAY, the warranty is void, so i have donated 139.00 to their company free of charge.so if you tell the truth with this crowd, you lose big time, so DO NOT USE OR GO NEAR ZINSTALL.COM or you will get ripped off. The software does not work, the company are totally unhelpful, save your money and buy something else. This is bóth stupid and irresponsibIe advice from zinstaIl á smy pc would bé vulnerable to ány hacker in rangé.Īs soon ás I ask fór a refund, ZinstaIl no longer repIy to emaiIs but are nów sending pretend autó responses. The sugested fix is to completely uninstall my firewall and virus protection then connect to internet. Avoid Zinstall at all costs I have installed the software and it fails to work each time.
